PICK UP INSTRUCTION:
Please call 0064 99490944 once you have reached the arrivals area at the Auckland airport and have collected your luggage. Our shuttle will pick you up from the Airport. Please look out for a marked Auto Union shuttle bus.
For International arrivals: Exit the main terminal and make your way to the Transport Pickup Zone where the shuttle marked 'AutoUnion' will collect you.
The covered walkway begins directly opposite the international arrivals area with clear signage to guide you to the transport pick-up zone. The walk is approximately 5-10 minutes.
For Domestic arrivals: shuttle area is just outside door 8 of Jet Star Terminal.
Online check-in is mandatory for after-hours pickups. Please email us 24 hours prior to pick up on 'accounts@autounion.co.nz' to do the online check in if you are arriving after 7pm or before 7am.
